So, what have I been up to?
Well, my second novel is with a publisher, who have said they really like it, so, some good news may be on its way, I hope.
It's called, The Love Shack, and is a romcom, set around a dating agency. Lots of laughs and quirky characters, as well as some lovely romantic moments :)
I've done a bit of crafting - I've made some Christmas cards, and started a quilling.
I've also written a couple of short stories, which have been accepted by Alfie Dog Fiction. One of them may also be in the next edition of the Retired Greyhound Trust's magazine, Homer. I'm donating all proceeds from it to greyhound charities.
Talking of greyhounds, we've had some great days out walking Cherry. We went on a lovely walk with the GRWE - Greyhound Rescue West of England. About forty people turned up with their dogs. It was fab to see so many greys in one spot, and all the dogs got on great. They recognise and accept their own breed quite happily.
I also met an online friend. She was having a mini break in Tiverton with her husband, and they drove to us for the day. It was so nice to meet after being friends for about seven years.
Not much else to say, so I'll leave you with a few photos.
